Sikkimscape Tours and Travels

1. Booking Policy

• A minimum advance payment of 20%-40% is required to confirm the booking. 30% at arrival date.
• Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.
• Bookings are subject to availability of hotels, vehicles, and permits.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more before travel: 10% of total cost
• 15–30 days before travel: 25% of total cost
• 7–15 days before travel: 50% of total cost
• Less than 7 days or no show: 100% cancellation charges
• No refund for unused services.

 

3. Refund Policy

Refunds processed within 7–14 working days.

 

4. Payment Terms

Payments via bank transfer, UPI or approved methods.

 

5. Hotel Policy

Check-in: 2 PM, Check-out: 11 AM.

 

6. Vehicle Usage

As per itinerary only.

 

7. Permits

Subject to government approval.

 

8. Travel Delays

Not responsible for delays due to weather or road conditions.

 

9. Health & Safety

Clients responsible for own fitness.

 

10. Liability

Company not liable for loss or injury.

 

11. Changes

Itinerary may change due to conditions.

 

12. Pricing

Rates subject to change.

 

13. Force Majeure

No responsibility for unforeseen events.

 

14. Acceptance

Booking confirms acceptance.
